Return Process

Due to the perishable nature of food, returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery for items that are damaged, expired, or incorrect.

Log into your Foodz account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return, attaching a photo of the product's condition.
- 3.Wait for Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 24 hours to verify the issue and authorize your refund or replacement.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, excluding any non-refundable shipping fees.
